Company Profile The Norm Maul Insurance Agency was started in 1977, and has been here at our same location from the beginning. Our Agency is run as a family business, with Norm acting as Agent, and Outside Sales Representative, and Janet Maul as Office Manager. Before coming to work in our Agency, Janet had ten years experience in insurance claims. We have two full time Customer Service Representatives, Janet S. who has been with us over ten years, and Sally W. with us over three years. All of our young adult children help out from time to time. Mission Statement Our goal is to provide the best insurance services and protection that we can for our customers and their families. We are here for the long haul, and we want you to be our customer for as long as you live in Arizona. We’ll do our best to be friendly, helpful, and easy to get along with. We will be honest with you, and you will be treated with respect. We will strive earn your confidence, and to be an Agency that you can feel good about referring your friends and loved ones to. |
